New Real Estate Unit in Lecco Province.

The real estate unit, purchased under construction in 1998, was designed in its entirety, including systems and equipment.

The construction constraints imposed were represented by openings, from windows and doors-windows on the exterior and common areas, from the perimeter walls and structural mesh perimeter. Were designed interior dividers, cork insulation for floors and for external walls, internal electrical lines and its fruit with the positions of the switches for switching on and off, wall lamps, the heating system including radiators position, discharges for the bath and the lavatory and other plant component of the apartment.

The unit has a duplex – first floor and mansard roof – which has about 60 m2 for each floor.

Were designed the furniture, interior fittings with construction details useful and necessary for their construction. She was also checked, and infact then created, changing the structures in particular the pillar and cover the central one of the first floor are offset in both directions with the inclusion of a reinforced concrete beam in the attic with width of 1.8 m.

It was installed a heat generator that used traditional wood  – fireplace – in collaboration with the company Focus; this element is fixed to the cover attic in full height zone and it’s suspended from the floor of the first plan. It is a special material – cast iron alloy – that has a high calorific value and a performance of 130% because the entire exhalation tube is “in sight” and contributes to heat both plans.
